Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference will be charged 10% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference, those who do not attend, or fail to notify the Intermountain CME office. ​​​

Disclosure has been made by the faculty and is available for review in the syllabus. We are recommending the use of patient treatment plans, not individual products that may be used in patient treatment.  ​​
