The purpose of the course is to gain a greater knowledge of specific care process models (CPM), a better understanding of ratio​nale behind the CPM, an improved compliance with CPM/protocol, ​a decreased variation in practice, and greater patient satisfaction with outcomes and understanding of process.​​​​​


  • Provide Primary Care physicians with the latest information and updates from evidence based research on common conditions they see daily
  • Provide practical information and tools that make it easier for patients, staff and primary care clinicians to follow evidence-based guidelines
  • Share available resources for clinician and patient in areas such as patient education; clinical support in the office; community assistance; resources, Internet/Intranet/Help2 access and usage; and clinical data
