Purpose 

The general purpose of this annual meeting is to provide critical organizational and strategic research objectives, disseminate research, discuss research activities and update attendees on organizational initiatives and service to research physicians, nurses, support staff, and administrators engaged in research. The program’s focus is on research concepts and techniques promoting research activities of high-value and state-of-the-art clinical care.​


Objectives

By completing this activity, participants will

  • ​State updated vision for Intermountain as a Model Learning Healthcare System and the critical role of research in achieving that vision
  • Discuss research priorities and strategy within Intermountain Healthcare
  • Review targeted messages from expert clinical researchers highlighting Intermountain capabilities as a Model Learning Healthcare System
  • Access key data resources and obtain needed data for research projects from those data resources

Target Audience

Intermountain Healthcare physician researchers, external researchers from the University of Utah and surrounding hospitals, principal investigators, research nurses, research staff, clinical research coordinators, research support staff and departmental and facility administrators engaged or interested in research.
