To access, you will need your Intermountain Healthcare Master Account user name and password. This is the same user name and password that is used for Help, Help2, Internet Proxy and many other Intermountain applications.

Activate A​ccount​​

To activate or re-activate a Master Account, you will need your user name. If you are a new physician, you should be given your user name in physician orientation. Others can get their user ID by calling your local Front Line Support number or the main number at (801) 442-5731.
You will also need your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Reset Forgotten Password​

If you have forgotten your password and if you have previously set up a challenge question and answer through account activation, you can reset it yourself.

If you have forgotten your user name, call your local Intermountain Front Line Support number or the main number at (801) 442-5731 for assistance.

Change Remote Password​

This feature is for users who access Intermountain Healthcare's online resources remotely via Virtual Private Network (VPN). Simply follow the corresponding link to update your Remote Password.
